What happens if the vehicle gets damaged or scratched?
At KD Rent Car we practice total transparency: the renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. At Check-out, the vehicle state is compared against the Check-in photos. If repair costs exceed the deposit, the customer covers the difference.
Can I pay the deposit in Dominican Pesos (DOP) or US Dollars (USD)?
Of course! We accept the deposit in USD and DOP at the official daily exchange rate. Upon return, the refund is processed in the same currency and payment method.
